Missing Some Devices in SNTC

We recently renewed SMARTnet on a group of devices, and for whatever reason the devices were listed under two different contracts.  Initially neither one was showing under my contract access under my Cisco profile manager.

 

After being instructed to contact SNTC support (sntc-support@cisco.com), both contracts show under my profile manager, but only one shows the list of covered devices under SNTC.  I suspect this could be due to the fact these devices are linked to two different "End Customer" or Company names.  Any ideas?  I need to be able to view active contracts and coverage periods so our procurement department has confirmation to pay outstanding invoices.
