Missing the end of software maintenance date in Product Alert

Hi Expert,

In offline Product alert report, some of the items which has announced EOS or EOL, but the end of software maintenance date is missing, what does that mean?

It means that the particular business unit within Cisco did not declare that milestone for the product on the Cisco.com end of life bulletin.
