Hello

I got problem with multiple entries in SNTC portal.

I try to check my inventory but I found that sometimes I can see multiple entries for same router.

We removed duplication on collector but it still bring multiple entriesSNTC multiple entries.PNG

So I have one real entry and two not real. So in total on portal it showing me that I have 3 routers instead of 1 only

Does anyone have similar problem?

Thanks

Raf

Hi Rafal,

Based on the transport file, problematic device was discovered under 5 different IP addresses, but full Inventory data are available for 3 of them. SNTC logic removed duplicates and narrowed down 3 to 1 (.240), but remaining 2 (.247 and .248) were processed partially.

You can try to fix this by removing duplicates on CSPC side (Settings > Discovery Settings > Serial Number Duplicate Check - YES).

Alternatively, you can blacklist unwanted IPs under Settings > Do Not Manage Devices List.

Best Regards,

Greg
