Please let us know the setup details. If you have access to adminshell CLI , please provide us the output of "sh ver -d" .
Also try enabling server connection from adminshell CLI once using "conf server enable" and share the result .

The password is correct because we use to login at Cisco's profile.

Password could be correct but if the current CSPC version is less than 2.7.3, this behavior is seen.
Please do share the output of "sh ver -d" command, so that we can guide you further.
