My Device alerts are not linked to the respective alerts, which reduces the value somewhat

1. My alerts, Field notices, Software or Hardware, are not linked between the devices and the alert. 
2. I also do not get the Configurations.

I attended an excellent Webinar in August, "20/20 Network Visibility with Smart Net Total Care", which was excellent and encouraging. But I can not do what was demonstrated.

Any ideas please?  Particularly on the 1st point.
