As with others posting issues gaining access to the portal, I was recently added by my supervisor for access to the SNTC Portal. I use https://services.cisco.com to login.
When I login, the portal page flashes momentarily before I see a prompt to register. I click the Register Now link and am prompted to register or login. If I choose Register, I get a results page stating It appears that you already have access to Smart Net Total Care Portal. Redirecting in 10 seconds. Then I wind up back at the Get Access to Smart Services Connection Now page. If I choose Sign In, I get the same Get Access to Smart Services Connection Now page in a new tab. I have experienced this in both Edge and Firefox.
Moreover, when I follow the link referenced in the line For more information about the registration process, refer to the blog, the resulting page states the article has been permanently deleted.
Can anyone from Cisco help?

Thanks @Ruben Cocheno. Unfortunately, Chrome is also a no-go. I think it may be more account-related.

Hello laner.
Thank you for the information provided.
I have verified the information and shows than your Roles SNTC APIDeveloper, CustomerAdmin and CustomerUser were recently created on 3rd - Jan- 2024 those roles are correctly assigned, however at the moment you made the changes
we were Experiencing a server migration that is Affecting the changes made to the SNTC portal, not letting us see the changes made in the Back end.
Right now we are actively working on the server migration and as soon as this process finish you will be able to see the changes, your SNTC portal and your user ID with the roles added to it.
As soon as this migration finish, I will notify you.
We do apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
