No access to SNTC

I have been granted access to our SNTC account, but when i try to login, i get redirected to the registration page. Can someone help me with that issue?

Hi , 

 

We have successfully onboarded the user in the SNTC Portal . 

Following steps have been performed on the issue : 

  1. Manual Onboarding is done for the customer.
  2. First we have assigned the customer as DA for the company .
  3. We have also enabled the Services for the company.
  4. The customer has given the CA role to access the SNTC Portal for the company .
  5. And we have run the BDB Scripts accordingly for the manual push .
  6. The customer is manually pushed into the SNTC Portal.
  7. The customer is visible as the Customer Administrator of the SNTC Portal.
  8. The customer has given the confirmation for the case closure .
  9. Hence , proceeding with the case closure.

Please provide us the following details in the PM so that we can proceed further on the issue : 

  • Company Name 
  • Party id 
  • Customer name 
  • Customer Email Address 
  • Customer CCO ID 
  • Contract number

After verifying all the details, the customer was already assigned as Customer User. role.

Pushed a Manual sync as well.
