I received your Private message.
Right now the SNTC portal (www.services.cisco.com) is being affected by the Bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwh03453 Which does not Allow make the Sync Automatically in order to reflect the changes made.
For this reason, I have escalated this internally in order to complete the sync Manually.
I will let you know once it get completed.
