I see three instances for the company name associated with your profile in the SNTC portal; the one for which you are listed as a user has an inventory that hasn't processed uploads since 2015 and does not currently show a registered collector.The other two instances do not have any inventory in place.
You mention "recently installing a collector". Did you start the process again from scratch using self-onboarding? And if so, did you register your collector in the portal?
