Not able to SSH into CSCP

Hi

I want to upgrade our collector from 2.8 to 2.10, but I'm not able to log in with SSH to run the upgrade script.

Web UI super admin works fine, but not when using SSH

I tried to create a new admin user to see if that worked, but it did not.

Any tips?

As confirmed over the Webex session, you have all the required access (CLI admin, collectorlogin, root) for the 2.8 CSPC server to migrate to 2.10 CSPC.
