Oops! Something went wrong...Error While Registering for SNTC

Hi,
I encountered a problem trying to register for Smart Net Total Care.
No problem on the first page "Verify your account".
And I also can choose my company on the second page.
But On the last page "Confirm your request" and pressing "confirm" leads to page "Oops! Something went wrong...We are unable to process your registration request at this time. Kindly retry later. Sorry for the inconvenience". I've tried several times, but I got the same message every time.
And I have opened a ticket in IBM portal - SR 694002421 : TS010009602 | unable to register with smart net total care, but they said I have to create a ticket in here...
How do I resolve this issue?

Hi Ken,
Thanks for sharing the details required. Further, Party ID means, specific identification linked with the account. A party id is associated with a particular company and is used check roles, check the DA and to check company user association.

HI Ken,
For SNTC registration :
• Contract number was supposed to be associated with required ccoid
• Associated contract & serial number was taken to complete the SNTC registration
• Received email for verification as well
• Account was associated to required address as well.
• DA was also assigned by the user
SNTC registration was successfully completed on the account.
