My user role has changed from DA to Customeradmin and I'm not able to add new users to the TC portal. The portal also is incredibly slow to load on any browser or intermittently fails to load at all. I've also noticed that all my company user associations have disappeared in CSAM. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
