Portal hangs when I attempt to assign roles to users

Is anyone else having this problem ?

We just started with SNTC & I am the designated admin.

I want all of my team mates to have privileges & roles on SNTC.

In order to assign SNTC roles to users,, I need to go to Cisco Service Access Management

Once there,, I need to assign roles to users.

Over the past 9 days, from multiple computers & browsers, I have tried to assign roles to my users,, but the portal hangs.

What is the best way to assign roles on SNTC to my user base ?
What method works ?

Absurd/Funny >>>>NOTE: I called 800-553-2447 to open a ticket on this question. They told me that I needed to have my SNTC contract number.

I cannot find the SNTC contract number for my company in SNTC ?
Why is that,,, I mean shouldn't my SNTC contract number be listed in my SNTC portal ?

First, make sure you are using the correct URL for Cisco Service Access Management: https://tools.cisco.com/CDCEB

We have noticed issues when users use URLs for specific pages, bypassing the "home page".

As for viewing contract information, the data shown in SNTC is based on network collection / upload.  So, you wouldn't see contract information there until you have done an upload.

You can view your contract associations via the "Access" tab in Cisco.com Account Profile Manager (click on "Account" in the top banner of the Cisco.com homepage).
