We just started with SNTC & I am the designated admin.
I want all of my team mates to have privileges & roles on SNTC.
In order to assign SNTC roles to users,, I need to go to Cisco Service Access Management

Once there,, I need to assign roles to users.
Over the past 9 days, from multiple computers & browsers, I have tried to assign roles to my users,, but the portal hangs.
What is the best way to assign roles on SNTC to my user base ?

Absurd/Funny >>>>NOTE: I called 800-553-2447 to open a ticket on this question. They told me that I needed to have my SNTC contract number.
I cannot find the SNTC contract number for my company in SNTC ?
Why is that,,, I mean shouldn't my SNTC contract number be listed in my SNTC portal ?
