Portal not reporting inventory correctly?

When I navigate to:

Inventory --> All Equipment --> Hostname --> Related Hardware

The portal only shows the router chasis and none of the installed cards.

Can you private message me the company name and the device name/IP you are looking at?

Thanks.  I do see the inventory in the raw upload collection, so that is good.  I do see this exact same device in another customer's inventory, which I'll send you in PM.
