Resolved! Collector not registered with CSPC
We have a collector up and running that is sending data to the SNTC portal however a banner is popping up saying the collector is not registered and when looking in the 'All Collectors' section there is no collector version associated.
Hi Team -- Customer is only responsible for a particular City for an overarching company name. They dont nationally affiliate in the way to have separate segments etc, it would be its own portal. How can we proceed?
