Hello there,
I am having difficulties registering to the portal. The error message is:
"This contract is not active and not associated with your Cisco account profile. Please identify a valid contract and use the Cisco Account Profile Manager to associate your account with that contract."
However, in Cisco Commerce under Services and Subscriptions, I can see the contract and device serial number correctly with Coverage Status as "active".
