We have a problem creating a CBR account.
When we create a CBR account through the CSAM tool, everything looked alright but the DA never received the notification email to authorize the account creation. (And yes, he checked the spam/trash folder). All email sent by cisco during this SNTC implementation was received normally by my client.
Strangely when we checked the accounts created our CBR was there but he never aproved anything, also his collector does not show up in our partner portal.
So, how can I fix this? As I said, already tried to delete the CBR account and create again, but still no good.
I appreciate any help.

Good Morning, I've just replied privately requesting more information about the account you're having access problems and dI would like to inform that there's no additional e-mail approval required once the CBR Access role is assigned by the DA in the Cisco Services Access Management (CSAM) tool.

Hi Hernani,
Sorry for taking so long to reply but I was out of office until last Friday.
Anyway, I removed and created again a CBR account for us and this time it worked, so minus one problem for us to solve.
