Problem with access to SNTC portal

When attempting to log into the SNTC portal for the first time I, can briefly see the empty portal screen, them I am redirected to the register screen below:

https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo

 

I`ve created account few weeks ago and received message that my account will be reviewed by Cisco agent within one business day, but never received any answer.

 

I have cleared cookies, and used a couple of different browsers to no avail.

 

Any feedback would be very much appreciated.
