Problems with uploading the inventory data to Cisco portal

I've experienced this issue for two different collectors and two different customers in the past few weeks. The inventory uploads are configured to automatically upload after the data collection is done (as part of data collection profile). According to the appliance logs, the data gets successfully uploaded but nothing appears under Uploads Processing in the Total Care portal. Both collectors have 2.7.3 installed. Internet connectivity is properly configured (and verified). The same users could previously see the uploads from other (older) collectors - so there is no issue with user access. The collectors are properly added/entitled in the portal.

Is there a problem with processing the data uploads by Cisco? How can I debug this further if the log for the upload jobs says the data was successfully uploaded (the inventory had collected data for at least several dozen devices) but there is nothing under Uploads Processing? The connectivity to appropriate http/https addresses was verified. I can send more detailed information about the customer accounts by email.

Hi User,

Please private message me appliance id, customer name and inventory name. I can check further and update you. As well, please do let me know latest upload date which shows successful on collector.

Thanks,

Supriya

Hi User,

Latest inventory is received on 3/21/18. Please make sure relevant inventory name is selected while login. Beside customer name on SNTC portal, please use pencil icon and select appropriate inventory name. Please update the post further if any question

Thanks,
Supriya
