We have a CSPC deployed for a customer and when we interrogate the Full Inventory report downloaded from PSS portal we still see multiple legacy devices that have been decommissioned for some time. Ideally we would like to start a fresh with a new inventory name and new data collections and uploads that provide a cleaner view of the current estate. I have seen reference to the ability to delete Inventories via the SNTC portal but I don't see that option on PSS portal? Please can someone advise on the best way to achieve the end goal of an Inventory (existing or new) that has only the recent uploaded data present.
Also am I correct in assuming that all the other reports such as Alerts & Sales Opportunity reference the Full Inventory for their raw data? If so, going forward, how do ensure that the Full Inventory data set only has valid devices present?
