2.10.X AND BELOW are no longer supported for entitled customers as it has passed its lifecycle live.  Additionally its replacement is a new OS and requires a new deployment of a new server :

Location and process for the download and configuration of the VM,

Here is the link fort the VM --> https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286312935/type/286312958/release/2.11?i=!pp

Install guide : --> https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/support/docs/cloud-systems-management/common-services-platform-collector-cspc/CSPC-Quick-Start-Guide.pdf

PORTS THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE OPEN FOR CSPC FUNCTIONALITY , but I believe if you reuse the same IP and network of the present collector if all ports are already opened to the correct ports and servers otherwise security team will need to be engaged as well for the functionality of the collector

Thanks @adias for your reply.

I understand that 2.10.x and below reached the EOL date and is not longer supported.

I found a related post were this error was solved with a PSS CSPC Upload Issue Resolution. Would this help in this scenario until we upgrade our OS to a newer version?

Also could you share how we can export and import the list of devices including credentials on the new CSPC?

Kind regards,

Matthew
