Error deleting CSPC authorization

I am trying to delete a collector in the SNTC portal but it is not possible,

 

could someone support me?

why do you want to delete the certificate on SNTC portal ?

The question was "why" you want it to be deleted ?

Because the devices that is registered in that Collector is no longer part of the client's inventory and wants to eliminate everything related to them.

is the new collector with new certificate collecting the same devices the old one was ?

No, the new Collector will be collecting information from other devices

ok in this case then deleting just the certificate is not sufficient , it is also necessary to delete the Inventory. the certificate is just a file link at this point , but the inventory is the stale data of the previous data collected on that inventory. Please private message me both the certificate ID and the inventory name to be deleted.  if the old and new  share the same name the inventory will be deleted but on the new upload of the new will bring the new data only. This  request must be coming from a customer admin user or the DA,. so if you are a customer admin user just send me you CCO ID as well on private message. WE need to perform this actions directly on the SNTC database
