Self-Service Onboarding Issue

Hi Team, 

 

I've a issue when I try associate customer CCO ID to new SNTC Portal.

I input SN and contract number and as soon as show this message:

"This contract is not active and not associated with yout Cisco account profile..."

 

I just review contracts association in CCO and validated SNT services into active contract.
