i like to download smartnet inventory, when i try to access it , it says forbidden

Could you please share your CCOID and name of the portal in PM?

In the meantime, you could try accessing the portal in incognito mode or a different browser and try downloading the inventory there.

my CCOID  is israel.bigay

also name of the portal in PM??can u help me on that, by the way same issue if incognito, also tried diff browser, attaching photo , that always loop , alwasy on that page
