Smart Net Total Care - Account Setup In Progress for more than 24 hrs

According to instructions (https://supportforums.cisco.com/blog/12600946/self-service-onboarding-re...)  I am supposed to post here if an account is not available after 24 hours:


My customer's account has been at the "account setup in progress" for a couple weeks.

Do you know if the CSAM portal is showing the account correctly?

I just logged in for the first time into Cisco Services Access Management (CSAM) and I accepted the agreement.

My account shows as company administrator.

What's next?

There is a known bug which manifests similar behavior

For now, Cisco/TAC is assisting customers by doing manual sync.

Let me find out how we can have this taken care of. For now, hang in there, please.

Cisco.com Id, EC Name, Inventory Name and the contract number? Also, is anyone else in your company/group experiencing similar problems?
