Current link (https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/netpro/solutions/smart_services/sntc) is redirected (https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/-/) to a dead link rather than a live link (https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/smart-net-total-care/bd-p/4891-discussions-smart-net-total-care)

Hi James,
Thank you for your message. There are some known issues that are ongoing post-launch of the new Cisco Support Community platform. We'll keep you updated on their status in this post. Please subscribe to the post if you'd like to receive a notice when we make changes.
As for redirects, there are some redirects to communities that aren't working properly and you may get an error. If you use the global navigation (at the top of each page), or the "hamburger" menu you can get to the communities with no problem.
We are working to fix these known issues as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience while we continue to make improvements.
Thank you,
Cheri

Mrs. Fairbrother,
I have drilled into this page and verified that all of the links that I use are now directed as expected. My thanks for getting this in order.
Regards,
Jim

Hi James,
The Useful Links section of the portal has been updated to properly direct you to the SNTC support community page. Redirects should also now get you to the desired page with in the Cisco support communities.
Please let us know if you find any other broken links and we'll get them taken care of.
Cheers,
Cheri

Hi Team
There is a confusion regarding renewal of ASA5520 with IPS : whether it can be renewed or not. Some tell it can be and some say it can't be renewed.
Can any one tell the procedure for checking.
