Smart Net Total Care Portal - Inventory Managment > missing data (i.e. Product subtype, Product type, End of Support date)

 

Could you please advise why the data is missing and how to enable it to populate, for the "Product subtype" & "Product type"? 

 

I thought when you upload the data to this portal it would automatically populate these fields, and also provide End Of Support (EOS) dates? 

 

It seems to have only done the job for "Product family" and "Equipment Type".

Only some products have a subtype, not all. Is your data from CSPC collector or from CSV file? From the data you show, it has the appearance to me that it would be from CSV file. The inventory results will be less complete for CSV uploads.
