Smart Net Total Care Portal - Inventory Managment > missing data (i.e. Product subtype, Product type, End of Support date)
Could you please advise why the data is missing and how to enable it to populate, for the "Product subtype" & "Product type"?
I thought when you upload the data to this portal it would automatically populate these fields, and also provide End Of Support (EOS) dates?
It seems to have only done the job for "Product family" and "Equipment Type".
