I have a company in the USA that is looking to deploy two routers and two switches to a PoP in Brazil. Do they have to buy smartnet from a partner in Brazil or can they buy smartnet from a US partner who then registers the address in Brazil as the destination? For clarity, the do not have a legal entity in Brazil, otherwise I imagine the answer would be - "legal entity in Brazil buys smartnet from a Brazilian partner." Thank you for your feedback.
