I have a customer getting an error when attempting to register for SNTC "oops something went wrong.." Will provide details in PM. He's tried incognito mode as well as different browser.

Hi there, For a customer that already has a Smart Net Total Care Portal, can I be assigned as CBRAdmin access having only contracts with service level: SSTC, SSTCS or PSBU? Regards!
I can login to Cisco Services Access Management and see I am still an admin, however when I go to https://services.cisco.com it is blank for a while except page header then directs me to register for SNTC site. This used to work just fine.
