I am trying to buy a Smartnet contract from CDW for an ASA 5506-X. The CDW rep said the contract was rejected because of "inactive base status Terminated -scrapped cannot be processed." Anyone ever hear this issue? The CDW rep was useless. Called TAC and the rep didn't know what that meant.
