Hi All,

When I look at the EoX alerts for hardware I see Nexus listed however, these LDoS are not showing up on any inventory reports. Is there something wrong here? The other platforms seems to be working.

Hi Graham,

I hope this helps:

Custom Inventory: last date of support will be displayed all the time wherever a Product has last date of support available

Inventory by Product: last date of support will be displayed if it’s past current/system date

Last Day of Support : last date of support will be displayed where last date of support is within next two years.
