Smartnet Total care not displaying anything

I am able to login to Cisco Smartnet Total care service but nothing is being displayed, previuosly i used to see all my inventory but as of late nothing is being shown.

I had the same issue, after work with my lifecycle program manager, He said is a issue with Chrome browser.  You can use microsoft EDGE or Firefox browser, It`s working with edge in private window or incognito window.
