We are in a complex setup where we are both Cisco partner " Sell Trough " and Cisco customer " Sell To " and are ordering in multi country's via distribution. I try to setup the SNCT portal and this fails after registereing contract / serial /partnername , it look slike my registration is not confirmed properly , when i sign in the portal , it show briefly the portal and then goes back to
https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo
When i go to " Cisco service Access management " i get You are not Authorized to access this resource.
As stated it may be since i am confused what to enter partner / no partner / witch partner ....
I would like to speak to a cisco rep to help me going trough this process.

Hi,
We have nominated the mentioned user as DA and assigned Customer Admin role. We have also performed a manual sync and the user is visible on SNTC portal.
