SmartNet Total Care, SNTC login issues, website redirect loops.

Hello, when I attempt to login to the SNTC portal, after I enter my user id and password, an empty sntc homepage is displayed, then, after 10 seconds I am redirected to : https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo
