It is best to contact the Cisco Account Manager/SE/PSS because this is not an easy answer.
For instance, is the SmartNet purchased directly through Cisco or goes through a 3rd party (hopefully, a Cisco authorized)?
If going direct to Cisco, the Cisco Account Manager would have a clear indication that SNTC would be available down to the city where the kit is located.
Here is a good "Gotcha" to consider: There are many levels of SmartNet. For instance, 4 hours, next business day, 3 days, etc. The 4 hour turnaround has left a bad taste in my mouth multiple times. One time, the 4 hour RMA turnaround because >24 hours. In another case a 4 hour arrived 30 later only to find out it was faulty. The replacement unit took another 30 hours to arrive. And both cases were major cities in Australia (replacement was flown in from Singapore).
