Dissociate cisco ID from previous company partner portal

I am trying to dissociate my cisco ID from the previous company partner portal, the main problem here is I no longer have the credentials to access that account. Can someone suggest another way it can be done?

Which company's party id are you referring to, the present or previous
company and how can I get it?
How can I also get the contract number?

The company 's party id I am referring to previous company from where you want to get disassociated . 

Party ID means, specific identification linked with the account. A party id is associated with a particular company and is used check roles, check the DA and to check company user association.
