Smartnet

The contract was signed for service "Smartnet", I got a card with this contract. How am I supposed to use it, how to activate the contract?

Do the following:

  1. Sign into Cisco's web site (CCO) and login. (Create a new lD if you don't already have one.)
  2. Click the "Account" link at the top right of the page.
  3. Click "Profile Manager" then go to the "Access" tab on the following page.
  4. Click "Add Access" to reach the Add Access wizard.
  5. Select "Full Support" and then click the "Go" button to reach the Request Full Support dialog.
  6. Select "Contract Number", enter your contract number and click "Submit" to add the contract to your profile.

Cisco should make the association within a few hours and you'll have access to TAC and downloads for the products covered by the contract.
