SNTC actual Contract

We are working with a customer to document all the best practices and workshops on their internal SharePoint, but they asked for a copy of the actual contract between Cisco and them to provide access to our on-site CSE.

does anyone know who to contact to get it?

Hi Luis,

They can access their cisco contracts on the following link: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/services/ordering/cscc.html

After clicking the link they can "launch tool" then log in. If they are looking for their contract number they can try searching by serial number.

I was wondering more about the actual wording, the signed document. Where can I get that copy?

In that case have the customer contact their account team, they should be able to pull up the contract for them.
