SNTC Collector Report Not Running

We were trying to find out why our monthly SNTC Report did not generate under our “Upload Processing” section the last one that ran successfully was on February 19th . We had issues last month as well, but we thought these had been resolved. Could you please look into this and let me know if you need any additional information from us? Thank you!

Hello where would I find the CCO ID, PARTY ID and CONTRACT ID?

Hello,

I asked you to please provide me the information over the PERSONAL MESSAGE, since such info is confidential.

Party ID means, specific identification linked with the account. A party id is associated with a particular company and is used check roles, check the DA and to check company user association.

Contract No. is the contract that you have taken for the Smartnet.

Also please provide the screenshot of the error or issue over the Personal Message as well.
