SNTC / CSAM ACCESS ISSUE

I have been assisting a client to register on SNTC which was successful but he cannot sign into the portal as it redirects him to the registration page, same applies to CSAM acces. how long does it take for cisco to verify the registration?

SNTC Portal and CSAM may take up to a day for access to propagate.

I am a HTOM and raising this on behalf of the customer user. He had requested access 3 days ago, But he keeps getting sent back to Registration page. Can someone please help me resolve the customer's access issues.
