I am continuously receiving following error when attempting to register with SMARTNET total care portal.
“Your user profile does not have complete address. Please update your Cisco Account profile with the complete address”
Product Number | Product Description | PAK/Serial Number | Product Type | Instance Number |
FPR1010-NGFW-K9 |
I have been in contact with CISCO support via email & they have modified the address and checked it but I still getting the error.
Please assist with this unusual issue as we have to open the case for firewall & I am trying since 2 weeks.

In this case, please provide screenshots of the error, that error usually indicates that the registration was not completed.
Additionally, please provide the following information.
• Company name:
• Company address:
• CR Party ID:
• CCOID (affected):
• Email:
