Hi
I am writing to request your support in reviewing an error in the Macro SNTC v3.6 when creating the views associated to a Customer service.
This is because it classifies devices as "Uncovered", but they effectively have active services.
In addition, the start date and term of coverage do not reflect the reality of the contract.
In case of require the file I will send it privately, because it contains information about our customer.

Is this issue observed only with macro or on Portal reports as well?
