Hey guys,
I was granted a few different roles for access to my organizations SNTC portal, however when I try to login it says "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection."
The roles I was granted are "Customer Administration" for SNTC
API Developer for SNTC
Customer User for SNTC
it has been longer than 24 hours since this was assigned so that shouldn't be an issue. any help would be greatly appreciated!
