SNTC Portal does not show any data

Hi experts,

I am able to login to Cisco Smartnet Total care service but nothing is being displayed, previously i used to see all my inventory but as of late nothing is being shown.

Hello luis.

I hope you are doing well.

Right now there is a known Issue with the SNTC portal and its compatibility with Chromium based Browsers in the Version 117 and higher, the recommendation for now is to Use any Mozilla Firefox Based browser to see all the SNTC portal Content, preferable in incognito Window.

I'm facing the same problem, and even in Firefox "incognito mode" is not working. I would like to know if they identified the source of the problem, and if there is any expectation of normalization?
