SNTC portal first time acces

Hi,

When I try to log into SNTC portal for the first time,  The portal page opens and then getting redirected to the following registration page:

https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo

My CCO ID has got access to the smart services. I did try to register again and am told that I already have an account.

Any feedback would be very much appreciated.
