Hi,
I appear to have an issue with my CSPC/SNTC setup where all devices are listed as 'chassis', I don't see any module details or any information 'within' a product, just the top level container of a device.
CSPC has full RO access to devices (SNMP & SSH).
Could anyone suggest any areas to review?

Hi Andrew,
Please share with me your company name and inventory name as displayed on the SNTC Portal.
Also, there is an equipment type that can be filtered to display either chassis, modules, or power supply/fans.
From the CSPC GUI. Toggle the collected data button > view data
Filter your live nodes for the devices in question and check to see if any of the snmp datasets failed.
I'll review the transport file sent from the CSPC to the Cisco cloud and verify what got collected.
