SNTC portal shows devices in Inventory that are no longer active

Hello, 

We ran an inventory report on the SNTC portal for all the devices, and it still shows devices that were decommisioned. We have checked the CSPC collector to see if the device is still in the collectors database, but it was not. 

Is there a way to remove that device in the SNCT portal that is no longer part of the part of the network?

Discovery should remove the device if no Longer reachable, and update the records in SNTC portal as per i know.

May be check by running latest reports, some reports show old one also.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Discovery is not removing this device, it has been decommissioned months ago. We pull monthly reports from the SNTC portal (not the collector) and the device remains in the list.

How can we remove this device manually from the collector?

Please unmamage the devices from the collector itself, then run a collection.
