SNTC Portal still on "Get started" status after a week

Hi guys,

I need help with a client's portal that I'm helping to set it up. We already did all the initial steps and after importing the entitlement file the portal is stuck for the last week on that "Get started" status with very limited options on the side menu.

Could you please ask to the backend team to take a look and see if there is something wrong? The DA's htiozzo.

Hello Marcos,

I have checked the account status and your setup looks good so far. Now that you have imported your entitlement file.  Do you know if you were able to discover some devices and run a collection and upload to the SNTC Portal? After an upload has been received and processed, the portal will start to display all the options available.
