SNTC registration error

Like others in this section, I encountered error message during SNTC registration: 

Your user profile does not have complete address. Please update your Cisco Account Profile with the complete address.

Checking my user profile, the company address is on file and accurate.

I'm not sure how to proceed.

The CR party ID and GU id on your CCO profile are invalid and non existent and the contract CR party on the contract you have on your profile does not match the end company you have on Profile.  These discrepancies needs to be rectified prior to you create an SNTC and CSAM SNTC ACCOUNT

  1. Need to add the primary contract on CCO profile
  2. Organization/Company Name – Need to change the appropriate name based on contract GU an CR party ID
  3. Need to update the CR Party Id and GUID fields

Action Plan: The requests need to be fulfilled by the cisco.com team that supports CCO profiles
