SNTC Registration - Oops! Something went wrong...

Hello,

 

When trying to register for SNTC after selecting the organization I receive the "Oops! Something went wrong..."

I've cleared cache / cookies, tried different browsers just to see if it makes any difference but still no luck.

SNTC has been sporadically broken for about a week now and no (in)formal notice from Cisco.
Contact your Cisco AM/SE.
